Acne scars treatment? (with pictures)

I suffer from hormonal acnes starting in high school. It left me with deep scars and my acne just keep coming back. I’ve tried everything I could, and even consulted with a doctor and nothing. I figured, the only thing I could do now is at least reduce the appearance of the deep scar. I will do laser treatments in the future when I’m more financially stable. Do you have any alternative treatments that reduces deep acne scars and redness? I’m not talking about redness and dark spots. I’m talking about the holes on my face. I’m willing to spend over $100 but less than $200. I appreciate any recommendations 💜
