Best thing for colic??

What’s the best thing you’ve given your baby for colic ?? Ive tried gripe water, he threw it all up like 20 min later and I’ve tried “little remedies” gas drops and those haven’t seemed to do a lot  . Help !😩

Daily probiotics. There are several brands- we tried Mommy’s Bliss and Gerber and couldn’t tell a difference, so whichever is cheaper and available in your area! They helped us a lot. Try a few different types of gripe water because they are all different - we use mommy’s bliss night time gripe water. And gas drops in every single bottle. And lots and lots of patience! I promise they outgrow it eventually- even if it seems like forever!!!

I did a colic belly massage and it worked wonders. Every night after bath time I’d use a little lotion and rub her belly for at least 15 minutes then nurse and burp really well and then rub her back in circles gently for another 15minutes  (even though 99% of the time she passes out).

Football hold, bicycle kicks, and if you’re nursing cut out dairy completely! It’s hard but worth it.

Mommys bliss gripe water, mylicon gas drops. And lots and lots of walking/gentle bouncing around in a football hold. Bicycle legs/tummy rubs about 5-10 minutes after feeding.
