Any help?

Sooo I thought I could’ve been pregnant for a cool minute due to the fact that I was getting sick from smells out of nowhere and was throwing up for no reason. So I took a test this morning and I’m just wondering if I’m good or if I should wait longer to take another one. I think I’m good but idk cause I’m on bc and I’m wondering if it didn’t work and I just wanna be safe and do no harm to my body just in case
