Breastfeeding Help!

My LO is 4 days old and I’m struggling breastfeeding. My others were not great at breastfeeding either but am determined with this LO. She nurses great on the left boob, however, when she gets on the right boob, it seems as though she is fighting it. While on the right side, after 2 minutes, she will begin crying and pulling at the nipple. Almost think she isn’t getting milk but when I hand Express, milk is coming out. I don’t have a fast letdown and am not pumping.

I will say that two days ago, my breast were REALLY engorged but I decrease them some with hot showers and hand expression.

Can anyone tell me what can I do to get LO nursing on right boob- this breast is still engorged and it’s painful. Also, I’m beginning on day two of a headache (could this be due to sleep-deprivation or from nursing)?
