Should we move?

I need some opinions from y’all ladies. In 2017 my husband and I purchased our first home, a 4 bedroom 2 and a half baths in the suburbs of our city. At the time, we only had our daughter but I was pregnant with our son. We used the 4th bedroom as an office space for my husband as he sometimes works from home. That’s also where he displayed his CD and records collection, there was literally shelves from floor to ceiling.

Now that our family is growing once again, we face two dilemmas... one, we need the 4th bedroom as a nursery, that means my husband loses his office space and place to display his stuff, two, as our kids are getting older, we realize that they need a space to play and move around, and in our current house it’s simply not possible. I really love this house but I feel like it’s no longer working for our family. Last time we moved I was 7 months pregnant, I don’t want to do this again.... what should we do?
