Forever 21 shipping question
Hi girls. It’s my first time ordering from F21 and I put a shipping code that’s 2$ shipping code that shows on the page and when I put it it still shows that the shipping will be 11$ yesterday I tried it and it was the same thing I’m wondering if anyone can help me out, thank you in advance💕
