Mastitis question
Hey mamas, does anyone know how to relieve mastitis at home? I have been exclusively pumping and i believe i have developed mastitis. I have seversl symtoms. My nippes are red, swollen and have lumps in certain areas. It also hurts to pump. I have tried different flanges sizes as well. Need help yall.
Also should I stop breastfeeding to avoid developing something worse?
My baby is one month old..
