Can’t believe I’m considering Uni 😑

So since I graduated high school (10 years in September) I have worked at the one place it is a CPA firm. I have worked my way up over the years and now complete and produce accounting services for clients and am given the larger clients to manage.

I earn $65K incl. super which is ok but after bills and necessary expenses I have $30 for free spending and $110 for savings per week. So I am not getting towards financial stability anytime soon, which is frustrating.

I will also be 28 in October and am seriously considering wanting to start TTC before I am 30 😬.

I am thinking about doing a Bachelor in Accounting online to increase my earning potential which is a 3 year course, 10-15 hours per week for full time. I most definitely can not afford to not work my full time job so study will need to be on top of that.

Has anyone been in this position before and how did that work out for you?

Is a bachelors even worth it or should I just settle for an advanced diploma?

I think I am also scared of failing and with the uni degree I will have to do exams and I do not test well, I prefer course work and assignments.

Does anyone have any experiences or advice that would be greatly appreciated.
