For those who have/had tender breast?

So my breast has been killing me for about 2 weeks and when I say killing me I mean : like someone punch in them so hard they feel bruised, heavy and I can barely touch them... Never happen to me before and never had tender breast before so I don't know if it's what I'm experiencing

Also my cycle since my IUD is out is hard to get on track, just had very very light period 2 weeks ago... Can it be the cause of the tenderness?

Is it normal? Could it be something else than just tender breast?
