Future in-laws giving me hell

So, i am a white american, engaged to a thai guy. He will be moving out of his parents house soon but they really really dont want him to. His mom speaks a bit of english (poorly) and his dad speaks only Karen. They are a first generation family so they have a very different culture than Americans.

They hate me. They have expressed to my fiance many times that they want him to date a karen girl that goes to the karen church and speaks karen. I tried to learn a bit of karen but its really really hard. They want him to get a good job and a big house and they want to live with him and his Asian wife and 100% Asian babies there. But he doesnt want to go to college and get a good job. He doesnt want to date a girl from the karen church bc they are mean to him. He doesnt want to live with his parents. he wants to have an average job until he has kids and then raise them at home. He wants to marry me, whos going to become a doctor, and who cant cook, and who doesnt follow the thai traditions that he detests.

And they think its my fault. His mom believes im some evil snake lady who has come to corrupt her son with sex and steal him away from them. Shes always trying to prove that we are having sex and it infuriates her that he wont tell her hes having sex with me, but if he told her that she would go ballistic. She interrogates him about it.

I just dont know what to do. I dont want them to hate me but i cant change my race. I cant change what he wants to do with his life. I love him, and i just want his family to accept me.

And like i said i can barely talk to them. Sometimes i can have a short conversation with his mom about the weather or something but besides that theres nothing else. His dad has maybe said 10 words to me in english. He will tell my fiance (in karen) right in front of me that my hair is too short and its not feminine or that he doesnt like it when im around.

Any tips about this? Anyone here have traditional thai in laws that are like this and know how to deal with it/make peace with them?
