Need advice!

I have a normal cycle, never had any issues. I got my period on April 14th, everything normal. I then get my period again two weeks later! Except it’s lighter and way shorter only lasts 4 days. It’s been 48 days since that last period, I took an at home pregnancy test; it was negative; I’ve been having random brown discharge and today I started getting some blood flow, not sure if I should still take another test or just accept it’s my period lol I’ve heard a lot of pregnancy stories so I’m just a bit confused never had this happened before
