Help!

Hi guys, so I’m going to make a dr appt but I just wanted insight anyway..

The past couple of days I had a pulling feeling in my lower abdomen area. I thought it was just a pulled muscle Bc we did some team building activity (potato sack race involved) so I figured it was from that. Now I had a weird sensation in my bladder, almost pressure/tingly like, not really pain. But I also now have pain in my lower back on the left side. Not necessarily where my kidneys are though, it’s lower.

I also took an AHPT yesterday and again this morning, both negative. Supposed to have AF today but no sign yet.

Anyone ever have these symptoms related to pregnanc? I doubt I am but idk what else is going on. Hence my dr appointment. I
