PLEASE HELP i’m so scared :/ i just need reassurance

i barely started using this app so the accuracy of my ovulation and period might be off but the day after my period last month i had unprotected sex but he didn’t cum in me and the next time we wore protection. i haven’t gotten my period in what is now 3 days and i have light cramping but that’s it and i took two pregnancy tests and they came up negative ??? no sore boobs, no nausea, just an irritable stomach cramping and slight diarrhea which could be from AF because the bowel movement changes when she arrives but idk im just extremely nervous i can’t be pregnant.
