Missed miscarriage?
No signs of spotting but went in for my 6 week ultrasound and sac was seen but no fetal pole. I’m positive when my last period started so not looking good. waiting for bloodwork to come back. I am very blessed with a 1 year old but feeling very sad and disappointed. I can’t let that show though and must stay happy for my 1 year old.
