5 weeks and bleeding

I’m completely broken this morning! Yesterday I moved items from my classroom to a new room (nothing heavy) and later in the day I had bleeding when I peed. Now it has progressed to a light period. I’m so upset because maybe I caused this or maybe it was going to happen anyways. I called the doctor and she said I could get an ultrasound to see if there is a sac there but that won’t confirm anything. Anyone have experience with this? I’m trying to keep it together because I have a 2 year old to take care of and still have to finish moving my classroom. I’m angry, devastated and feel so alone.
