Does the sag ever go away?

Does the sagging stomach from pregnancy ever go away?😞 this is me a month and a half after giving birth.  It feels like COMPLETE jelly especially when i lay down

Yes it can if you eat healthy and work out. Mine looked similar and after a year I was in really good shape. Now after baby number two, I’m struggling more but my belly is in way better shape than your photo even though mine started out similar. I had 2 c sections. Just start focusing on eating healthy and cutting out the junk. It’s 85% diet, 15% exercise to get back in shape.

Yesssss momma it does! Anyone who said no, hasn’t put in the work to get it back. Proper diet (most important) and exercise and I’m telling you (from experience) it does go away. Lifting weights and light cardio are key. I am 11 months PP and my stomach obviously doesnt look the same but it’s flat. I’m a personal trainer and specifically work with PP mommas that are trying to get their stomach back flat. Here is my progress

I had a stomach like that after my first, dreading it again after this baby lol. Mine did go down a little bit, I still had a little pouch, but I've heard of you work out it helps it alot. Sometimes it won't completely go away though depending on your body.

Dont get me wrong I still have a pouch but it has gone down loads!!! I fell pregnant at 7 months pp so I'm about to go through it all again. I didnt concentrate on my body after giving birth to my son because I knew I wanted another one close in age. After the second that's when I'll concentrate on my body.

9 months postpartum, still got stretch marks and a pouch 😒 I need to work out! But it’s all worth it when I look at my baby.

Yes it does! And the stretch marks will fade.. and when your baby is a walking/talking little shitstorm... you will love them!! You will see that only after you carried that baby!! Only you!!! You did more than anyone on this planet!! You developed, grew, and birthed a whole human!!! You’re whole human! Not just any human.. YOUR HUMAN!! The one you love and cherish the most.. the one you wanted to pull all your hair out over.. the sweet child you cuddled way longer than “socially acceptable”.. the marks will fade.. your love will never. Everything you find wrong about yourself, your child will love..it will go away!! But enjoy it while you have it! Because soon it will be a distant memory.. you will see only a small scarr.. and while the children grow... you will beg for it back.. you will think of this as just a small,little scarr... almost nothing.. compared to the children that you raise.. they are everlasting!!
