ADHD and Concerta/Neucon while TTC

Hi all, my SO and I have decided to try for number 2. I have ADHD and mild depression that I am treating with Neucon (36mg) and Remotiv. I do plan to go to my doc, but I am interested to know whether anyone has had the same or similar situation, where you have to change your medication for pregnancy and fertility reasons. I am scared to change meds, as it has a huge effect of my life, but I also want a second child. I read that stimulants can cause a small increase in the risk of heart related health problems in babies. But as is normal with most drugs, not enough studies have been done to rule out or prove this.
