Braxton hicks??

Hello lady can you please help in determine if I'm having Braxton hicks? I'm 23 +4 and I been having this short of breath sensation that comes and goes that also feel like slight tightness in my belly almost as the baby was stretching with his legs towards my lungs living me some sort of short of breath. I have had kids before but they where more like a mild cramp not like this I would greatly appreciate it if you guys let me know if some if you have had them like this and yes if I continue feeling this I would definitely call my hospital thank you in advance 🙏🙏☹
