Help!! Ache on left side of uterus

I have a pulling sensation/ dull ache on the left side in my uterus/ pelvis. I’m assuming this is stretching and normal in early pregnancy at 5ish weeks? It’s not really painful, just there. It comes and goes. Only on my left side
