I think my husband is cheating on me

Me and my husband have been married 12 years now, and have 3 children together. He is a salesman and has to work away a lot, recently, it’s become a lot more frequent. I’m particularly worried about his very attractive young assistant who accompanies him on his travels, she’s very slim, pretty and ten years younger than I am,and they text quite frequently, about work however it does get flirty too.

we are hardly ever intimate anymore, he doesn’t hold my hand, cuddle me and we haven’t had sex in over 6 month, he is the only man I’ve ever been with.

When unpacking his things from his recent trip, I have come across blue pills, does anyone know what they they would be? Also, I have found white stains on the inside of his boxers.

Please help, I don’t know what to do
