One-night stand?

So this literally happened like 3 days ago. I went on this road trip with my friend for her birthday and she invited a couple of other people and her boyfriend. Anyways, she introduced me to her boyfriends best friend and we didn’t really talk throughout the whole day, until we went swimming at the beach. He was really funny and sweet and we had the same interests. At the end of the day, we all headed back to the apartment and since it was her 21st birthday, we started drinking. There were only 2 rooms so my friend and her boyfriend took one room while the rest of us slept in the other room but each one of us had our own bed. Basically, i ended up in his bed but we didn’t have sex, even though we wanted to. We couldn’t sleep so we ended up talking to each other and then we basically ended up cuddling. He kissed me on my forehead and then he kissed me. I was fully aware of what I was doing and being drunk basically gave me confidence to kiss him back. I loved the way he held me; he was so gentle and caring and I had never felt like that before. Aside from my ex (who I had lost my virginity to), i had never been intimate with another person. Anyways, the next day, he acted like nothing happened and when I asked him, he said that we were both drunk and that these things happen. I felt so hurt because again, i had never been intimate with another person and I’m just so confused.
