How do we stop this!

Getting my 1 year old off of bottles but she screams, cries and refuses to drink her milk if it's not in a bottle. Pediatrician wants her to have at least 16oz a day and the only way is a bottle but the dentist wants her off bottles immediately. I've purchased 6 different cups . What else can I do? I'm so stressed!!!

Also she has been drinking from a straw sippy cup since 7 months but will only drink water in it
