Would you consider this? Montessori sleep.

So I love the Montessori curriculum/lifestyle. While looking at some of the things taught in Montessori I stumbled upon what is called a floor bed. Would you consider this? Safe, unsafe? A solution to baby’s sleep problems?

I’m probably going switch both of my kids to a floor bed. My toddler is currently in his toddler bed and seems cramped in it. We’re on vacation and we gave him a twin mattress on the floor and he’s done great with it. My second is only 6 weeks old but when he moves into his brother’s room around 6 months I want to use a floor bed.

I did Montessori style sleep with my daughter and it was the only thing that worked when transitioning her to her own room. She HATED the crib and I tried CIO once, never again. It's worked great and I will be doing this again with my second.

I didn’t know it was a thing lol.... But I have my sons bed on the floor 😅 We have like an area rug under so not directly on floor but yeah lol. He has a full size bed though..
