I found out in having a boy on the 3rd of July and I have a set C-section schedule on November 13th but this is my first child and honestly I'm kinda panicking I have no idea what to expect after the C-section. Can someone enlighten me please?

If you are breast feeding use the football hold or laid back to keep pressure off yoir uterus and incision site. I didn't and I was in so much pain from it I didn't realize the pain was from breast feeding cross cradle.

You will be in pain for at least a good week so try to not lift anything heavy but after a week you will start feeling alittle bit better but still take it easy.
