Not "feeling" pregnant.

Lol so I posted this on Ovia, and I don't think people got what I meant. I'm 8w pregnant and I'm for sure pregnant from blood and urine tests. I just don't "feel" pregnant. I'm having intense nausea and fatigue, so no, I'm not worried about the symptoms. But, I just don't feel any different than I did before I got pregnant, besides the symptoms. Like how some people say they "just know". I have no idea what feeling they're talking about. Anyone else feel the same?
