I am so thankful for this baby and to be pregnant but I’m having anxiety about gaining weight but looking big and not being able to get my body back after pregnancy. I’m at my heaviest weight (160) right now that I’ve ever been and I wanted to lose some before we really started trying and then boom pregnant! So I know this is superficial and whatever but it’s worrying me. I have trouble with sugar and overeating. Is there any tips to over come this fear and also any tips on how to NOT overeat and any other advice is welcome. Please don’t be rude I just don’t have anyone else to talk to about this right now. I’m 5 weeks and 5 days right now and 160 pounds.
