I also had a mmc in May and started my cycle back on the 4th as well. We have a lot of sex as it is but I’m going to be tracking with opk starting cd 10 and also doing every other day in the mean time. This app is just a guess on ovulation and isn’t accurate 80% of the time. Also a miscarriage can change your cycles and ovulation so I would suggest at least doing every other day and use ovulation tests if that’s something you’re interested in. Good luck!
