Ugh im so miserable

I don't know what is going on with my body but for the last 3 days i have been experiencing some intense pelvic pain and I don't know why. Im at the end of my first wk of my TWW and i have never experienced this before. Im trying to wait thinking maybe its implantation pain. But this is killing me. Thankfully it's not constant but it always comes when I'm laying in bed relaxing or while im sleeping it's so bad it wakes me up. Anyone else ever experienced this before or know someone who has and if so what was the reason?
