SCH bleeding and cramping

Diagnosed with hemorrhage last Tuesday and I’ve been bleeding and clotting on and off since. Some days the bleeding and clotting is really bad for a few hours then goes down to spotting. I can’t keep my mind off it. When will it stop? It’s so hard to not think about miscarrying. I have mild cramps and back pain along with the bleeding. But I also have really tender boobs and nipples and short stints of nausea. I don’t know what my body is doing. Anyone else have something similar?
