Viginal pain please help

I finished my period on 9/17 & so that means I started around the 12/13th. Me and my so recently had sex last Saturday (today being Wednesday) I have really bad vaginal pains and on the inside it feels tighter almost like things are squished together. It's been like this for a few weeks and hurt at first to have sex
