What makes you feel good?
What do you do that makes you feel good about yourself or just good in general?
I get these phases where I feel really down and I lack motivation!
Sometimes I blame my partner 🤦🏼♀️I think it's because he is the closest person to me but I've realised my happiness is my responsibility.
I need to learn self love and positive thinking.
Does anyone have any tips or advice on what they do that works? It could be anything from taking a walk to treating yourself.
