We haven't had sex in 10 day and He has the nerve to complain!

I needed to vent about this because I am just so annoyed, but don't want to bad mouth my husband to people we know.*

Anyway, so last night I am getting ready for bed when my husband comes in to tell me that he wants to talk about how we havent had sex in 2 weeks. Cue eyeroll. I'm like, really!? I'm a ftm 11 weeks pp. I have birth control in and we've had sex a many times since about 6 weeks pp. I'm currently staying at home with our LO all day while he's at work for about 10hrs then goes to the gym for about 1.5-2 hrs. By the time he gets home, my patience is done. Our baby is a fussy one that can't seem to get on a schedule & does not sleep through the night. So yeah, I'm tired and feel unkempt. Last thing I want to do is get busy when I havent showered in 3 days.

I said, if you want sex why don't you initiate it, why do you have to wait for me to? I've never pushed him away or declined intimacy with him. But he says it makes Him feel undesired if I don't come on to him every once in a while. So I get it, but it's also just annoying.

On a side note, 2 weeks ago, he took a staycation because his family was in town. So we were able to let lose and get silly which led to some great sex. So how can he say he doesn't feel desired!? Again, cue eyeroll. I'm the one feeling out of sorts and not desired. So I feel like he should be extra affectionate toward me if he wants sex. Not just sit there on the couch and wait for me to come pawing after him!

Ok vent over. Any of you ladies having these issues with your man. Any words of advice or reassurance is appreciated. 🙏😘
