The scale use to mess with my head a LOT! But It depends on your body composition. I'm 5'9 "suppose" to be under 170. I'm 196! according to charts I'm "overweight" and few pounds from "obese" But if I were to lose 25lbs+, I'd look sick. The number on the scale doesn't mean much to me personally because there's so many other factors!!
