Super confused

I’m not actively trying to lose weight but I’m feeling so much pressure from my family that I weigh too much (160lbs and 5’7) I started getting less and less hungry to the point where I don’t even eat one meal a day. Today I ate 12 ritz crackers and chicken and rice for dinner. I don’t want to eat because I’m just not hungry anymore. I’m hoping I lose weight this way even though I know I shouldn’t. Despite me eating about the same amount as I just said every single day, nothing is happening I lose 3lbs a day but the next day I’m 160 again. I exceeded about 5 times a week for 2 hours a day. Am I eating too much still or is it what I am eating?
