4 weeks vs almost 6 weeks

I know there is nothing there but ekkk I am so excited!!!!

I am still going to the gym and working out as for me fitness is not only for keeping fit and healthy but also for mental health. It’s also so important to me that I keep fit, strong and healthy for baby and me.( with added hope it’s not to difficult to lose the baby weight) 😉

I have most definitely changed my workouts I run and am still doing so but more gentle I have lowered my weights and stopped some classes such as spin and circuits .

Anyone else still working out?
