Odd pain

Hey girls I need help, yesterday I started feeling quite sore around my lower abdomen, it hurt to have sex and I was just really tired, the same happened today except I now have a pinkish discharge and still have pain when having sex or doing anything sexual, the abdominal pain today is also worse. I’m pretty sure I’m not pregnant as I just got off my period and I’m on the pill, there’s not much other pain, I also always use condoms (with the exception of today and last night, he didn’t cum) so does anyone know what’s going on?
