Pregnant chances?

This may be a dumb question so please be patient.

I am not sexually active but my boyfriend and I were fully clothed and making out on top of each other. He was wearing gym shorts and I had jeans. I noticed some wetness in that area down there and there was also a little on the side of my underwear as well. I think it was sweat cause it was super hot and all the body heat. My boyfriend said he was a little wet through his clothes but not a lot. I didn’t see any spots anywhere else so I’m not sure if it was semen or not.

I’ve been taking birth control combo pill for almost two months. I took the last 4-5 pills on time from the week prior but The last two days I took my pill an hour later than normal. It was also my “ovulation week” or supposed to be but I know on the pill you’re not supposed to.

Can I get pregnant by this if that was possibly semen?
