Dieting while pregnant?
So i dont mean diet in the traditional sense of restricting my caloric intake drastically but im looking for women who have been iverwight at the beginning of their pregnancy and managed to either maintain or lose, and not lose due to HG or anything else. Im ohysically healthy but im 194 and i feel im just eating everything. My bf isnt helpful as he said "your pregnant i think you should eat whatever u want whenever u want" i told him that wasnt healthy for me but now we tend to pig out om his days off...i have an US today and will be talking to my doctor about how many calories I need in a day as well as carbs. I just dont want to get so big i cant enjoy my pregnancy, my first i gained 75lbs i dont wanna do that again, HELP
