Advice, suggestions, or comments
Hi everyone💜. I apologize for the long post😐.
I’m going to be a FTM. I’m about 26week pregnant & I’m not sure if this pain I’m feeling is normal or not or if it’s worth going in to make sure everything is okay.
I’m having this really bad cramping/tearing feeling in my lower abdomen... (on a scale from 1-10 ; pain level is at an 7-8).. the pain does come and go but it feels like it’s getting worse. At first I felt it mainly when I was up walking around and on my feet so I decided to lay down.. well now I’m experiencing the same pain while laying down....
-I do get Braxton Hicks contractions & i would say it’s a mix of that but with cramps? Mainly in my lower abdomen
-(other side note doubt it’s related but idk)- I can’t be on my feet for more than 10 min without the heels of my feet being uncomfortable
-since the beginning of my second trimester I started feeling this tightness in my chest (occasionally, only when I would lay down).. the only way I can describe the feeling is, the feeling of someone choking you (not choking on food) ... so like a tightness in chest up to your neck..Makes it hard to breathe. it’s been more frequent & will go away if I change positions.. my doctor thinks it’s acid reflux but idk...
-TMI; I already called the mother baby unit on base (we’re military) to let them know that for the past couple days I keep feeling wet like I peed myself... when I check it looks like I peed a little or sometimes it’s just extra discharge. They didn’t seem worried- but this was a few days ago before all this cramping pain I’ve been feeling.
The photo I posted is not of me.. just a google picture I found..
where the girl is holding her stomach & where I circled in black is where I’m feeling the discomfort.
Any advice on what to do or is this normal???
Thank you ladies 💓
