Sleeping question
Tomorrow I am going to begin the process of getting my 3.5 month old son to sleep in his crib. This includes for naps. When trying to get him to sleep, he needs it dark so he can fall asleep. Otherwise, he distracts himself looking around and becomes beyond tired. Would it be a mistake to keep it dark for his naps? So far, he hasn't really had issues with his days and nights.
