Are my stitches infected?

I just gave birth a 1 week and 4days ago. I had stitches down there and the pain is much better but the bottom of my right labia where the stitches are by is a little swollen and sting a bit. It’s somewhat red too, not an angry red or anything but I can’t help but notice it. It’s only the right side of the stitches that’s bothering me and feel like this. The rest feels great. What should I do???
