Parents choice diapers?

My son is almost 5 weeks old and I'm noticing Nbs are slightly tight around his legs (I use Pampers swaddlers NB and they have done super well for him but are noe leaving red marks on his legs.)

I do have size 1 in parents choice which was given to me but im noticing when I've been testing them out with him if I don't change him immediately after he poops then it sticks to his butt and leaves an angry red rash.

With Pampers he could wait a few minutes and it wouldn't stick.

His balls also stick super bad.. I have to peel the diaper off.

Is this just a flaw in parents choice diapers? Or maybe this batch? I've only got a few and wouldn't be out any money since they were a gift but I'm confused as to why its sticking and causing a rash.

I also should mention hes mainly Breastfed but I do supplement with formula as well.
