Breastfeeding

I’m a first time mom, I gave birth 4 days ago and I never thought breastfeeding would be this hard. It hurts, I can’t seem to get my baby to latch correctly and I’m already extremely sorry and both my nipples are already cracked. Idk how I’m going to keep breastfeeding when they’re so cracked already, also my milk came in and my breasts are HUGE. so painful, pumping also hurts so much since my nipples are all messed up, what can I do! What tips do you all have? Desperate here lol.
