Breastfed to Bottle - HELP Only Please

I nursed my third LO exclusively for 10 weeks before introducing a bottle. I made sure he had one bottle a day everyday once I introduced the bottle to him. He didn’t love it, but he would take up to 2 oz.

He’s a frequent eater still to this day at every 1.5-3 hours and it hasn’t bothered me because he sleeps at night and he’s satisfied after 7 or 12 minutes. (Yes, he’s getting hindmilk - I’m not a large producer and he doubled his birthweight at 14 weeks.)

Now he starts daycare full time at 15 weeks and won’t take more than one bottle a day while routing and turning to be soothed. He’s had a few hours here and there as a practice run, so this is how I know he’s unsettled, spends the whole time there awake while he typically naps 4-6 times a day with his biggest nap in the morning.

What I’m asking is, have any of you mommas tried a bottle you swear by after breastfeeding? I realize it’s my doing for waiting so long to introduce a bottle, but I didn’t want the stress that I experienced with my first two. It’s not nipple confusion now, it’s simply seems to be the preference of the closeness to me. No one warned me I’d spoil him!

I am a teacher and cannot change my mind to stay home... no judgement here, please!
