I’m torn ...

Me and my boyfriend been together for going on 4 years soon about a year ago we took a break because he started messing around with another girl (multiple) so we took a break and two-three months later we started to work things out I feel like our whole relationship is just us saying hi and bye now if that makes sense . He doesn’t give me attention doesn’t want to go on dates or do anything really with me it’s always a big deal but as soon as his friends want him to do something he is up and out the door or with them for 5-8 hours . I wanna get off work and head how was your day or get a foot rub his nose is so shoved in his phone that it’s pointless talking to him because he doesn’t hear a word I say and then i get so frustrated and upset I start screaming and crying and he tries to flip it on me . Idk I’m just venting I guess .
