Don’t know what to do

My SO and I have been together almost 9 months. He doesn’t trust me whatsoever and says he never will, but says he loves me and we’re suppose to be moving into our apartment we just signed a lease on.

Backstory, obviously I was single before we met. He got mad because of people snap chatting me. And in result I had to delete Snapchat.

Now I asked him why does he love me and want to be with me if he won’t ever trust me? His response was that he’s not getting into this. I then said well when you want to trust me and tell me why you want to be with me we can talk, and he said I’m good thanks.

I’m so confused and lost, don’t know what to do.
