I don’t even knowww

I've had my period for 14 days. The first 7 it was light but the last 6 have been pretty bad. The last 2-3 I've SOAKED a regular tampon every 2 hours. yesterday and today I've SOAKED super plus tampons in about 30-45 minutes. Even filling a maxi pad every 2 hours because of it.Im cramping so bad I just wanna cry. The first 7 days it as light enough to where I didn't need a tampon in most of the time. I was on the patch but Im on week 4 so Its my break week as of yesterday.

My sister thinks I might possibly be miscarrying. I don’t even know. Any advice or anything would be greatly appreciated. I can’t take anything right now due to complications with my liver.
