Weak bladder after giving birth... is it too late to fix?

I noticed that when I pee I can’t stop the flow of urine like I used to. Even when I try to, it keeps coming so I know my pelvic floor is a lot weaker than before 😫

I didn’t do any pelvic floor/kegel exercises during my pregnancy... is it too late to start now? Baby is almost 3 weeks and will it help or do I just need to accept that it’s never going to be the same?

How many and how often should I be doing them to have any sort of benefit?
