IUD Problems

So I am 16, and I can’t go to the dr by myself. But I had my IUD places on 2/28 of this year. I’ve been having pain on the the left side on the top of my vagina. I also have been having horrid cramps and I’ve never had cramps before I started this. When I feel for my strings I can only find one, but 3 weeks or so ago my dr at the clinic in my town looked and said the strings looked fine, she also did say that she knows nothing about IUD’s except the fact that you should be able to see the strings. My mom never took me back to have it checked up after 4-6 weeks. So I have no idea if it’s still placed right. I am also having bad discharge (picture below of some of it) and it can also be black and brown. I have no idea what to do but I do know that it hurts all the time. She also refused to take me back now
