Kyleena and constipation

Hi so I’m 16 and I got my IUD inserted 7 hours ago and I’m dealing with really bad indigestion and constipation. I don’t know if this is normal or not. Also I’m afraid I might accidentally push it out? I know that’s irrational and that it sits in the uterus and it won’t come out when pooping (which I’ve done with a tampon) but I just want to be thorough. Anyways my cramping is mild right now but it’s been fluctuating but I started having indigestion right after ward and now I can’t poop. I know this is kind of TMI but I would appreciate if someone would let me know.
